Licensing & Service Notice
High Sierra Build provides project intake, planning and coordination services. Construction work is performed by appropriately licensed Nevada contractors operating independently under their own licenses and responsible for their respective scopes. Non-construction services are performed by qualified independent providers responsible for their respective work. Applicable licensing and provider information is supplied with estimates, agreements or contracts as appropriate.
High Sierra Build's role
High Sierra Build helps organize customer requests, property information, requested services, budget and timeline so applicable contractors and service providers can review the project. High Sierra Build does not represent that every requested service will be available for every property or location.
Estimates and project agreements
Website information and Project Builder submissions are planning requests and are not binding construction estimates or contracts. Final scope, pricing, scheduling, permits, licensing information, warranties and payment terms are established in the applicable estimate, service agreement or construction contract.
Independent contractors and providers
Contractors and service providers participating in a project operate independently and remain responsible for their licensing, insurance, workmanship, employees, equipment and compliance obligations applicable to their scope.
Cleanout limitations
Standard estate and property cleanout coordination does not include asbestos, biohazards, hazardous chemicals or specialized environmental remediation. Those conditions require appropriately qualified providers and may require separate assessment or agreements.
Property information
Measurements, photographs, descriptions and other property information supplied through the website are for preliminary planning. Contractors or providers must verify field conditions, measurements and requirements before relying on them for final pricing or construction.
Changes
Project scope, availability and these website terms may change as services and the provider network evolve. The current terms posted on this website apply to use of the High Sierra Build website and Project Builder.
